Meet Our Partner

Chew Yik Ming holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the Northumbria University at Newcastle and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2018. He was promoted as the partner of Messrs Olivia Lim & Co, a corporate and commercial firm located at Bukit Damansara in 2021 and subsequently founded Messrs Chew Partnership in 2024.

Throughout his legal career, Chew Yik Ming is well-versed in handling a diverse range of corporate exercises, corporate advisory, and commercial transactions, including capital market and listed entities’ proposals, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate financing, general commercial and business dealings, and general corporate compliances.

Chew Yik Ming is also a graduate registered with Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and is experienced in handling and advising company secretarial matters.
